There are two (2) different options available to receive your order.
Pickup:
You are able to order your items for pickup at a EPIC Ipswich (17a Thorn Street, Ipswich, QLD, 4305).
Posted:
All orders are packed for safe postage and your products should be received ideally within 3 to 5 business days depending on demand when order is received and your physical location.
We do not currently have real time tracking of your order but if you have concerns with delivery time frames please email info@epiclygames.com.au so your order can be traced and we can keep you up to date on order progress.
